We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic IT team. You will lead the development of end-to-end solutions, collaborate with diverse teams, and follow Agile methodologies. Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of complex software solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative features that enhance user experience and functionality.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers to maintain coding best practices and high-quality standards.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, utilizing best practices in software development and version control.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end components for a cohesive user experience.
Must-have skills
- Proven track record in developing and deploying full-stack applications with a focus on user-centric design and functionality
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
- Experience in leading and mentoring development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
- In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under tight deadlines
Nice to have
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Google Professional Cloud Developer)
- Experience with GraphQL for API development
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and secure coding standards
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and integration in applications
- UI/UX design skills for creating visually appealing and intuitive interfaces
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)
- Strong experience in back-end development using languages like Java, Python, or Node.js
- Expertise in database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) and ORM frameworks
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment
- Ability to analyze and optimize SQL queries for performance and scalability
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting
