Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex software systems using C++, ensuring high performance and reliability.

- Optimize existing codebase for improved functionality and scalability, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers to enhance team capabilities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, evaluate new technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance product offerings.
Must-have skills
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in C++ development, demonstrating advanced proficiency and successful project delivery
- Extensive experience in software design, implementation, and testing, with a focus on high-quality deliverables
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines consistently
Nice to have
- Familiarity with other programming languages like Python or Java
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Knowledge of multi-threading and parallel computing concepts
- Understanding of networking protocols and cybersecurity principles
- Certifications in C++ programming or related fields
- Experience in Agile development methodologies
- UI/UX design skills for software interface enhancement
- Contributions to open-source projects or tech communities
Qualifications
- Expertise in C++ programming and software development methodologies
- Strong knowledge of algorithm design and data structures
- Experience in system architecture and code optimization techniques
- Proficiency in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
- Ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- In-depth understanding of software engineering principles and best practices
