Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of complex frontend solutions using React, ensuring high performance and usability standards are met consistently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, provide technical guidance, and drive the successful delivery of web applications.
Optimize code for maximum efficiency and scalability, conducting thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and enhance team productivity.
Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the development team.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to enhance user experience and application performance.

Must-have skills

Proven track record in developing large-scale web applications using React.js, showcasing advanced technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
Experience in leading frontend development projects, demonstrating the ability to drive successful outcomes and mentor junior team members effectively.
Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders, gather requirements, and present technical solutions in a clear and concise manner.
In-depth knowledge of frontend optimization techniques to ensure fast loading speeds and optimal performance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality results within set deadlines.

Nice to have

Experience with GraphQL for API development
Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux
Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or Enzyme
UI/UX design skills to enhance user interfaces
Understanding of server-side rendering and SEO best practices
Certifications in React.js or frontend development
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment
Experience with performance optimization tools like Lighthouse

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Expertise in React.js and frontend technologies
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
In-depth knowledge of web application security best practices
Experience with version control systems like Git
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
