We are in search of a Senior React Developer to contribute to our IT team. You will play a key role in developing interactive web applications, collaborating with diverse teams, and utilizing Agile methodologies. Responsibilities
- Lead the development of complex web applications using React.js, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, functionalities, and enhancements.
- Optimize application code for maximum speed and scalability, maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, integrating new technologies to enhance product offerings and user experiences.
Must-have skills
- Proven experience in developing large-scale web applications using React.js
- Ability to optimize application code for performance and scalability
- Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor junior developers
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
- In-depth knowledge of frontend development technologies and best practices
Nice to have
- Experience with TypeScript
- Knowledge of backend technologies like Node.js
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Azure
- UI testing and debugging skills
- Understanding of responsive design principles
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for web development
- Passion for exploring new technologies and frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Expertise in React.js and frontend development technologies
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- In-depth knowledge of web application design principles
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles
