We are in search of a Senior React Developer to contribute to our IT team. Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of complex React applications, ensuring high performance and scalability across projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define frontend architecture standards and best practices for optimal user experience.
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to enhance team skills and maintain code quality.
Optimize application performance through efficient state management, data caching, and frontend rendering techniques.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement in React development.

Must-have skills

Proven track record in developing large-scale React applications with demonstrable impact on project success and user experience
In-depth knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques to ensure fast and responsive web applications
Experience in code review processes, providing feedback, and guiding team members to maintain code quality standards
Strong understanding of state management libraries like Redux for efficient data handling in complex applications
Ability to lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth

Nice to have

Experience with server-side rendering in React applications
Knowledge of GraphQL for efficient data querying
Familiarity with Docker and containerization technologies
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment processes
UI/UX design principles for frontend development
Certifications in React development or related technologies
Contributions to open-source React projects
Experience with Agile methodologies in software development

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Expertise in React.js, Redux, and other frontend technologies
Proficiency in frontend performance optimization and debugging tools
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous JavaScript
Experience with unit testing and test-driven development
Ability to lead and mentor junior developers in React best practices
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and collaboration in a team environment
