We are in search of a Senior React Developer to contribute to our IT team. You will play a key role in crafting dynamic web applications, collaborating with diverse teams, and utilizing Agile methodologies. Responsibilities
- Lead the development of complex web applications using React, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and functionalities.
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in frontend development to drive innovation and efficiency.
Must-have skills
- Proven experience in developing large-scale web applications with React, showcasing advanced technical proficiency and problem-solving capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of frontend technologies and frameworks, demonstrating the ability to create efficient and scalable solutions.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices, essential for delivering user-friendly interfaces.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers, highlighting leadership and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Required experience is 5+ years
Nice to have
- Experience with TypeScript for enhanced code quality and maintainability
- Knowledge of server-side rendering with Next.js
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or Enzyme
- Understanding of GraphQL for efficient data querying
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
- Knowledge of Docker and containerization technologies
- Passion for exploring new technologies and frameworks to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Expertise in React.js and its core principles
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous JavaScript
- Familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines and tools like Webpack and Babel
- Ability to work in an Agile development environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
