Responsibilities

Lead the development of complex React applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and user experience are top-notch.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement frontend solutions that meet project requirements.
Optimize code for maximum efficiency and maintainability, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality and user interactions.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Must-have skills

Extensive experience in React development, with a proven track record of successful projects and applications.
In-depth knowledge of frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, ensuring robust and efficient code implementation.
Strong problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges and optimize application performance.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Nice to have

Experience with backend technologies like Node.js or Python
Knowledge of responsive design and mobile development
Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or Enzyme
Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Expertise in React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

Ability to mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
